Since the DCS F-4E is not yet available, I used MilViz’s F-4E for FSX as a base to create this tour of the Phantom II cockpits. I put more emphasis on the rear seat, but both are covered in this video.
There will surely be differences between the F-4E discussed in this video and the later version Heatblur will create. However, it is a good starting point to get more familiar with the cockpits of one of the most iconic aeroplanes ever built.
